acroread ceased to work

Code:
acroread
dirname: missing operand
Try `dirname --help' for more information.
/usr/local/bin/acroread: line 22: /home/olle/Acrobat/Adobe/Reader9/Reader/intellinux/bin/acroread: No such file or directory
/usr/local/bin/acroread: line 22: /home/olle/Acrobat/Adobe/Reader9/Reader/intellinux/bin/acroread: Success
But
Code:
ls -l /home/olle/Acrobat/Adobe/Reader9/Reader/intellinux/bin/acroread
-rwxr-xr-x 1 olle users 24416336 2010-08-13 09:41 /home/olle/Acrobat/Adobe/Reader9/Reader/intellinux/bin/acroread
What the c*p? The file exists, obviously, and this has worked before. (Don't worry about the dirname error, that showed up before too)

Solved, the problem was that I upgraded to the latest glibc-libraries provided by Slackware, when I really should have upgraded to the glibc-multilib libraries provided by Alien.
