A question about using wget

Hi,

I've installed the httpd web server on machine A and set up an instanse under /etc/httpd/conf.d/repo.conf.

I can open this instanse in web browser with
Code:
http://machine-a-hostname/rpm
Now I want to access this URL in machine B with wget as follow:
Code:
export http_proxy=http://user:password@177.22.10.3:8080/
wget http://machine-a-hostname/rpm
But it fialed:
Code:
--2013-12-06 14:41:51-- http://machine-a-hostname/rpm/
Connecting to 177.22.10.3:8080... connected.
Proxy request sent, awaiting response... 503 Service Unavailable
2013-12-06 14:41:51 ERROR 503: Service Unavailable.
