a linux program running windows progs..!,help

I'm looking for a program that can run atleast Adobe Photoshop, I only want to run photoshop, because I like to design in it, wine, winehq.com, hasn't worked, wine is slow, doesn't run photoshop 7, because it requires windows 98 or higher, wine emulates 95,

anyone know a good program, (not vmware, not enough ram,)

Wine can emulate almost any version of windows - just edit your config file to emulate win98 and not win95. Take a look at:

It's not Photoshop, but have you taken a look at The GIMP? It may provide the same functionality without the setup issues. -- J.W.

crossover office has photoshop support and is somewhat easier to configure than vanilla wine.

I like the gimp a lot, but it's different and I'm not use to it, I'm good in photoshop, and crossover office cost money, but if someone could post their config file, that would be awesome.

I just went to the winehq site (download page on sourceforge). Lots of options. Probably you have the exact version. Eg:redhat+athlon, redhat7.1_6 + i386 etc.
