3rd elevation drafting program?

I'm looking for a program that automatically transfers lines in one elevation to the other two and can be used on a 14" screen for tech drawing. If it can create a single 3d image too that would be nice, but not essential. Perspective is not req'd. What exists pls? I'm using puppy tahr 6.03

Blender 2.76

import your SVG graphic and add height to it

but it is not AUTOMATIC

YOU have to do the work !

i use it for 3d text all the time
