[YOCTO] Add new layer - error

Hi all.

I am using Yocto to create Image for Renesas board. And, when I need to add new layer with command:
bitbake-layers add-layer ../meta-rcar/meta-rcar-gen3

I received next error message:
ERROR: ParseError in ../poky/meta/recipes-bsp/u-boot/: not a BitBake file
ERROR: Parse failure with the specified layer added

Contains of folder ../poky/meta/recipes-bsp/u-boot/ is:
files u-boot-common_2017.05.inc u-boot.inc
u-boot_2017.05.bb u-boot-fw-utils_2017.05.bb u-boot-mkimage_2017.05.bb

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
