Question [Mint 20 MATE] Notification App Crashes


This happens shortly after startup, and afterwards I don't get notifications from programs like Discord or Telegram. I've attached a screenshot of the message that pops up. Even if I click "relaunch" I still don't get the notifications.

Linux Mint 20 MATE
Dell Laptop Vostro 5590

No screenshot attached.

However, it's better to post errors as the verbatim text of the message - not as images - so that when someone puts the same error message into a search engine, they'll find the thread and (hopefully) the eventual solution.

And: which app crashes? The notification daemon? Where does it say that something crashed, and what?
