I am installing libLBFGS and CRFSuite in cygwin, following these instructuions:

In Linux environments, download the source package of libLBFGS, and build it. If you do not want to install libLBFGS into your operating system, specify "--prefix" option to the configure script. This example installs libLBFGS to the directory local under the home directory ($HOME).

$ ./configure --prefix=$HOME/local
$ make
$ make install

I run $ ./configure and $ make and also $ make check without problem but when I run $ make install , I faced the following error:

I was using the wrong ranlib! Solved!
