What is the lowest percentage you can set with tune2fs -m on ext3?

I need a little more space than tune2fs -m 1 /dev/sdb will allow... can I set a smaller number?

You can set it to 0, but I would only recommend that for data partitions.

Can you set it as a percentage between 1 and 0?

Never tried that, but I doubt it.
