unable to boot linux in dual boot system


Hi guys
In my home comp i had made a system dual boot
i had windows 7 64bit and rhel 5
i had windows7 on C-drive (that is first partition of harddisk)
And rhel 5 on other partition
now i changed from windows7 to xp
now it is now allowing to boot in linux
i am not getting the option of dual boot which i used to get earlyer with windows7
Guys can u help me how to make my system dual boot again

I think i have to re-install grub if that is the case then Plz
Give me the step how re-install grub

Burn the RHEL5 rescue CD and use it to fix grub.
