Lightbulb UID/GID conflict with two different AD authentication domain

We have Couple of Linux server which authenticate by XX.com domain(Active Directory) and We have EMC NAS which user YY.com domain(Active directory)

EMC is shared storage for linux server group so when user mount home directory on windows PC by EMC NAS directory with the help of CIFS protocal and create file and directory on it. and when they logged in to Linux via SSH or putty and check file its different UID/GID because Linux using own UID/GID system and EMC storage use own UID/GID system so how to map both system and how to solve this problem we can't integarte AD in single authentication because this is requirement.

I appricate your help.
