Ubuntu as a CA server for Ipsec tunnels

Hello

I am working on Ipsec tunnel and trying to retrieve certificates from Linux machine .
I installed Ubuntu and I need to configure it as CA server .

After Server will be installed I will try to enroll certificates with my Cisco router .
I am using Ubuntu 12.04 with Kernel :3.5.0-40-generic

Did anyone ever used Linux as CA server and can send me the steps how to install a CA server on it ?
