Tomcat7 and Apacheconfig

Hi,

Anyone using this anymore? Trying to figure out setting up a autodeployment that uses Apache HTTPD as a service. Rather, pushing a war to tomcat and HTTPD just gets the context mapping and workers automagically.

Doable? I know IBM IHS can do it using that IBM plugin for pushing apache configs from the deployment manager. Was hoping to be able to figure out something like that for tomcat and apache.

Inoput welcome@!

There seems to be a lot of resources for it. e.g.

https://tomcat.apache.org/tomcat-3.3..._jk-howto.html

A web search for "working with mod_jk tomcat 7" renders useful results as well which are relevant to what you want.
