Tivoli Omegamon must run in 32bit mode

I did search first, but didn't find exactly what i needed. I am new to Linux. I believe 64bit kernal can run 32bit and 64bit applications currently. I being asked if Tivoli Omegamon, which must be run in 32bit on RHEL4, can run on 64bit Linux.. where do i go to "officially" confirm such things? thanks!!

Tivoli is IBM, I'd suggest looking on their site for the official requirements.
