Got a small issue with my server which I'm not sure how to try and resolve. I believe the issue lies with suexec. On the server I run DSPAM amongst other things and recently it's stopped working and throwing these errors in the error log:
Quote:
[Sat Jan 20 17:34:53 2007] [error] [client 217.155.123.xyz] /var/www/bin/suexec: error while loading shared libraries: libc.so.6: failed to map segment from shared object: Cannot allocate memory

DSPAM uses suexec to change user so it can run the proper scripts. When you try to access the DSPAM web admin page you get a server error page with the message: "Premature end of script headers: dspam.cgi"
Googling around it would appear the error happens because the server is out of memory, however:

Plenty of memory available (both physical and virtual). So where to look next?
The server is an AMD Sempron 2600+ with 1GB DDR memory running Slackware 11.0
Many thanks.
