Squid open to everything on my lan, all local subnets?

I've got a Debian based gateway with iptables. The box is running squid with a transparent http proxy active. It works on the lan. I just found when I was building a vm however that it doesn't seem to be registering on the proxy, maybe because that subnet isn't explicitly set.

Is there a way to allow anything within my lan, regardless of subnet to use the proxy while not using 0.0.0.0/0 for the acl?
