sqlgrey keeps delaying even after being whitelisted

Hi,

I'm running sqlgrey on Ubuntu Server 12.04 LTS 32bit. I got a question and hoping if anyone might be able to help me out.

There is a legitimate email that comes through and is delayed by sqlgrey for 5 minutes. So what happens is I add it (domain, IP address, and the sender) to the whitelist. However, the email still keeps getting delayed later on because sqlgrey recognized it as new. I went to check it out via mail.log and noticed it with the same IP address and the same domain but with a different sender.

my understanding is that as long as you have whitelisted the IP or domain, sqlgrey should be able to recognise after the first time and allow it to come through. I wonder how to set it up so that sqlgrey will skip the delay and allow such domain to go through.

Any help would be appreciated.
Thank you in advance
