Sendmail issue (did not issue MAIL/EXPNVRFY/ETRN ...)

i am trying to setup a sendmail server on a computer running both DNS and DHCP but i keep running into this error

Code:
ns2.blackout.com [192.168.1.2] did not issue MAIL/EXPN/VRFY/ETRN during connection to MTA
ive looked on google with no success. One solution i saw said comment out a FEATURE(`dnsbl') line but that line does not exist in my sendmail.mc file. I have been able to send mail from the local host to other users on this machine but if another computer tries to use sendmail it fails. I am using sendmail-8.13.8-2 on FC6. Help would be greatly appreciated

Craig
