Unhappy samba problem


Hello friends my problem is: i had red hat system i can t arrived to contact the local network from my linux server and when I click on the icon of the network it gives me the following error message:
impossible to 'see <<smb:///>> because Nautilus can not contact the SMB master browser please check the server smb works in the local network.and some times when i restart the machine and when i click on the icon of the nerwork i arrived to open it we see the name of the local networks but its indicate that unknowen application launcher
Please help me friends
