running mysql on case insensitive and sensitive on same server.

Hi All
Is it possible to run a mysql sever in such a way tat few databases inside that are running in case sensitive mode and few case insensitive mode ?
Let me tell you the issues in depth.
I was having 2 server of mysql one was running on case sensitive and the other was on case insensitive mode.
When I tried to merge both to a single databases having case insensitive mode on the application which was working on case sensitive is not working fine.
So now is it way that I can make a databases say x to run as case sensitive and second databases say y in insensitive mode without any issue on same port at same time.

thanks
