replicating mysql on windows to mysql on linux

I want to replicate a mysql database in a windows server to a CentOS 4.4 server (using master / slave config). After searching the net I came across several tutorials about MySQL replication between two linux servers and one recommends the follwoing settings in master server.

Commenting out

#skip-networking
#bind-address = 127.0.0.1

and then adding

log-bin = /var/log/mysql/mysql-bin.log
binlog-do-db=exampledb
server-id=1

My question is how should I change this in Windows my.ini file to make the replication work.

If this is not the correct method please advice me.

thanks in advance.
