Redhat Clustering storage

Hi, Is it possible in RHEL clustering to setup a four(4) nodes and has Load balancing and High Availability without using SAN or iSCSI.
And will support the following conditions.
1. Load balancing and High availability of services(IP,apache, mysql, etc) to all nodes.
2. Cluster storage, all nodes must have a real-time replicate file contents with fail-over.
3. Enable file locking, especially in database.
