Do take note of TBone's remark "You can't upgrade from 5.1 to 6.7. ".
RHEL does not support in-place upgrades cross major versions (at least up till v6).
You are best to put the 6.7 (should really be 6.8) on a new box and gradually make it work like the old 5.1 box.
That way you don't lose the current system.

Thank you Chris. I have since installed 6.7 since that is the latest ISO that the DoD is making available to us. I am doing my best to get it up and running and configured like my old 5.1 box.
