Question Question about Qmail


Dear friend...
I hope u so fine ..
I have installed qmail with courier-imap and vrmailmgr
I guess every thing is wright ...but i don't know how to test qmail
How to send and recieve mails.
I have one machine i installed fedora core 6 on it.
Thanks in advance

Create an account. Use any favorite imap capable mail client (like Thunderbird), set your server information to your installed qmail server. Create a mail profile using your mail client, try send a test to itself, and check if you can receive email. Once you able to verify it is working for local email, then try send email to external mail account (like yahoo.com).

Frankly, these steps are the same for all type mail servers.
