Smile proftpd - 2 users on different network

Hello,

I would like to set up proftpd for 2 users on different network.

For example, Mike can only log from a local network 192.168.0.0 and Mickael can log from anywhere (or another network 192.168.1.0).

How can I set up well proftpd to do this? What's the best?
