There is a discrepancy between the zone defined in named.conf and the zone in the SOA of the zone file.
I guess you have an entry for the 120.232.10.in-addr.arpa zone in named.conf, but according to the zone file you've posted, the ORIGIN (the SOA zone) is 20.232.10.in-addr.arpa, that's why bind complains for out of zone data.
