Dear all,
I am a biologist trying to install some tools in an 12 X 4 Core SMP server with OpenSuse. I got most of the tools to install correctly, but except for ampliconnoise (
http://code.google.com/p/ampliconnoise/). This program requires MPI, so i installed a version of openMPI. The program compiled and installed correctly, but when i ran a test that came with the program, i got following errors. It seems like the program is looking for an infiniband when there is none in this system. Any help'd be great
