Wink problem with ntp server


hi to all
There is a syncserver S300 in our network to sync all of servers. It's OK. but there is a clock (symmetricom clock) that is connected to it and show the time.But today it didnt sync with the current time.. what should i do?

So this just a clock problem? Since you posted the server is ok I assume that all other computers are synched?
Either the clocked is broken or its dumped its configuration settings.

Can you communicate with the clock? Have you checked its settings?
Have you looked at the troubleshooting steps in the manual?
Have you called Symmetricom?

yes all os server and devices sync themselves with ntp server. but that clock only is not sync. i can only set ip for that clock from ntp server. and there is no other config in it. it should get ntp date from server but dont it.

If you can communicate with the clock and verified its IP is still correct then something else is wrong.
Without knowing anything about the hardware not much else you can do except replace it.
