Problem to change network file


Hi,
Within CentOS, when trying to change file

/etc/sysconfig/network

I encountered

how to resolve it?

You have to be logged in as root to modify files in the /etc/directory.

In a terminal window enter the command su - and then type in root's password. When entering the password there is no echo character like *.
