for a Debian based and red hat ?

for two very different arch ?
for *.deb and for *.rpm

something to handle both ????

never seen something like that

RHEL 5 and 6 use "yum"
Ubuntu uses "apt-get "

I'm not sure if anything available for Debian based systems. But for RHEL/CentOS, you can go with Spacewalk
