Page does not render correctly in CentOS/Apache

I'm trying to get the software located at https://github.com/nielsengelen/vbo365-rest hosted on a CentOS / Apache/2.4.6 system.

From a fresh install of a CentOS 7 minimal install I followed the following procedure:

https://gist.github.com/GreyArea765/...le-version2-md

However when I reach the site, I get a display shown in the attachment. Can anyone suggest why this might be?

I've enabled AllowOverride All and RewriteEngine On from the Directory context.

What is the page supposed to look like?
Do you get any errors in your httpd logs?
It could be browser issue, have you tried different browsers?
Also can be due to missing browser plugin?

Thanks for the reply, if you click the first link to github, a screen shot is shown on that page.

Yes, I've tried Opoera, Chrome & Firefox - all are the same. I don't believe it's a browser plugin issue, it's not flash-based or anything.

In chrome press F12, then select Network, then reload the page and see what assets / links are giving 404

That was a really useful tip, thanks - turned out to be a resource in the wrong location.
