hey guys i am facing problem with command yppasswd on my server and clinet
i have configured my server well.
when i run command yppasswd -p joe it shows that yppasswd is not running on master server
below is error i get


[root@station226 ~]# cat service_restart
service nfs restart
service ypserv restart
service portmap restart
service yppasswdd restart
service ypxfrd restart
[root@station226 ~]#


[root@station226 ~]# sh service_restart

yppasswd: yppasswdd not running on NIS master host ("station226.lab1.example.com").
[root@station226 ~]#

Things are working well in here now, few minutes after creating above post i tried again to run yppasswd command now it is working well, I don't know why it was throwing error in beginning when i had freshly configured my NIS server. but still if any one know possible reason for above error I wouble be happy to know about it.
