Use your software installation program to select and install them. All of these are most likely on your installation disk already. Which distro do you have? When I used Mandrake Linux, I needed to install a wizdrake package for the server configuration page to show up in MCC.

Are you using RedHat or CentOS?
If it is redhat register with their site and you will be given access to their rpms using their install tool called up2date.
