Nagmin verify problem

I have installed nagios 2.6
Nagmin 2.1.0When i want to verify i get the next error:

Verify Nagios Configuration
HTTP/1.0 500 Perl execution failed Server: MiniServ/0.01 Date: Fri, 19 Jan 2007 14:01:44 GMT Content-type: text/html Connection: close
Error - Perl execution failed

Unable to open usr/share/nagmin/nagios/Command.cfg file for writing.

What must I change in the configuration??

You might check the permissions of the /usr/share/nagmin/nagios/Command.cfg file.

Also, if it's writing the nagios configs check thier permission as well.

There is no /usr/share/nagmin/nagios/Command.cfg file
