Message Rejected Error via Email

I have someone complaining that they're unable to receive email from a specific vendor for some reason. The vendor can get email from my domain but we never get the email when the vendor replies back to us nor does the email get bounced back with a delivery failure to the vendor. I then had her send me an email and CC: my gmail account and it came through just fine in my gmail account. I checked the logs on the email server and found this:

So now I am looking to see why this fails but only fails according to my server setup. I can only see that their email server domain name resovles back to some different domain (americas.progress.com) and not the datadirect.com the email shows its from.

Can anyone please tell me what I should do to allow a pass through for this or what setting could be blocking this?
