mailx sending mail via axigen

Hi folks,

mail and me not good. I run two linux ubuntu boxes, one of which jaunty, runs my axigen mail server. no problems there. what I'd like is for mailex, (the only thing I think) I have installed on karmic, box to do is:

send mail out to the axigen mailserver. I use thunderbird for all other mail, on this.

Reason, if a rpg-php script wants to mail out it can't.

Local mail is fine though.

or is there away to get mail into karmic, and then thunderbird to get it from mdir or whatever.

id begratful for suggestions

dear folk

you must disable uninstall any other email server, check who is using port 110,25,9000,80. mostly sendmail is there u need to stop disable or remove.

next free support@axigen.com you send email they will guide you and no amount charge. free support is there and forum of axigen available on their site and detail reply they give

we are the distributor of axigen and work day night on this. let us know how best we can assist you further

Hi I have tried asking for tech supp off axigen, for this. they say it has nothing to do with the config of our mail server. therefore won't help me.
