Well, you seem to want to run before you can walk...not much wrong with that, I suppose, but the level of information that you are giving us doesn't give us much to grip on.

I'll tell you what, I'll do you a deal; if you actually explain the problem in useful terms (like what loads you are trying to balance) I'll try to post a useful link. At the moment, I can't be sure that what I've got would be useful to you, but I'll know when you explain the problem.

Try standing on 2 feet instead of one it'll balance the load on that one foot. The load balancer is your brain that puts the gravitational center in between them.

A load balancer van be virtually anything.
