Look if the server is an open relay.
Look in the logfiles.

many thanks quick response

the out going bandwidth is full and when we pull the email machine cable it go down.

open relay not allow i test many places and cross check

i have closed global port 22 and rename locally differnt port not 7722

logs also i check no critical issues found

You can use netstat to see the current connections.
If there are no anomalies in the maillogs, the problem is elsewhere.
