How to configure Ldap on rhel5 with both server and client.

Read the instructions and follow them. Or since you have RHEL5 call RedHat support.

If you have a specific question, please post it. Things like what version of LDAP/OpenLDAP you're using? What have you done so far? Your question is very vague...we need more information before anyone can help you. If you'd like step-by-step instructions customized for your environment, you'll have to hire someone to come do it for you.
