Join SAMBA 4+ to a 2012R2 Domain

Im having problems rying to join samba 4.1.6-debian to a 2012R2 domain running on a windows server. I have filled out allt he configs correctly and can ping and i also get all the correct information when i do net ads info. i can kinit my administrator account and it appears correct the only problem i have is when i try either 'net ads join -U administrator' or 'samba-tool domain join RMMD.INT MEMBER -Uadministrator' i get NT_STATUS_CONNECTION_RESET or NT_STATUS_NETWORK_UNREACHABLE.

Any ideas on a way i can fix this please as i have tried for ages and can not come up with anything.

smb.conf

Thanks for the link, but that doesn't quite address my issue.

I'm trying to get a RHEL 6.5 server, running samba4, to authenticate against an AD domain. Samba 3 works just fine. Samba4 doesn't.
