Join Red hat 6.3 server with AD domain using winbind

Dear Experts,

I am trying to join the Redhat 6.3 server with Windows AD using winbind.

While giving command:

/usr/bin/net join -w DOMAIN -S wal-dc1-ent.DOMAIN.com -U administrator

I am giving the below error:

Failed to join domain: failed to lookup DC info for domain 'DOMAINXXX.COM' over rpc: Account locked out
ADS join did not work, falling back to RPC...

The domain account is not locked and working fine, check from AD. But every time i am getting this error.

I configure smb.conf, /etc/hosts, /etc/resolv.conf.

Can you point out the missing part from my side.

No, we can't point out anything you're missing...mainly because you haven't actually shown us any of what you've configured/tried/done. To start with, RHEL 6.3 is OLD and totally unsupported, unless you're paying for extended life support. Beyond that, have you followed the guides for this?

..or contacted Red Hat support, since you're using RHEL? The Red Hat knowledgebase forum has advice too...have you looked?

Seems to be a pattern in your posting:

Without details we can't help; you have not posted your configs or what you've done/tried thus far, past a single command. There are a good number of moving parts to AD integration.
