just started up my new server and I choose ISPConfig to help me out. I'm fairly happy with it I only don't get what's it doing with the FTP part. Perhaps it's better if I post some logs;

Anyways why is this happening? Any ideas?

As far as I can tell, your logs look normal aside from it bombing out towards the end. The reason(s) for that I don't know. Because you're using ISPConfig, maybe you have a quota set somewhere and you've reached that with that user. I've only played with ISPConf once. Good stuff, just never really had a solid need for it. Other reasons for your trouble may be firewalls or perhaps SELinux. You could also check for updates to your FTP server/ISPConfig/etc. Maybe someone mohr smartur can chime in here.

Also, since you're using passive transfer, make sure you're controlling the higher ports on your FTP server. It tends to make things a little safer.

I too have never really explored ISPConfig, but I have to say the logs look pretty thorough.

1.) I have to agree with orb; I can see you have a quota of approximately 12GB, if I read that right, but it doesn't seem to be updating it for each of the transfers. I see you transferred about 425.6MB, and yet the server still shows that you have used 0Kb of the 12288000Kb you are authorized. I think there is an issue with the FTP server's accounting there. Also, as a note, I notice that they are listing it as "Kb" instead of "KB". While it would seem a bit crazy to do so, could they actually be counting in bits instead of bytes? If so, that would give you about 1.5GB of space for your quota. You may want to check the settings for the server in ISPConfig to see if there is a default quota it is setting and how large it really is.

2.) As you are checking ISPConfig for the quota limits, check if there is anything about connection limits, as well.

3.) While it isn't really an issue within this context as you were getting a "Permission denied" anyway, I would recommend keeping spaces out of file and directory names whenever possible. You will find that it saves you a lot of headaches in the long run.
Just noting the breaks of the lines in the log at the "[Dual Audio]" part of the paths. That might create issues later.

4.) Personally, I haven't trusted FTP much since I found utilities like scp, sftp and rsync+ssh. Anything that leaves your password in cleartext when connecting to a server, that is something I try to avoid. Just generally a good practice to keep security in mind, always.
