Install MySQL on CentOS 3.4 gives error

Hi All,
I am trying to Install MySQL on CentOS 3.4

I tried via yum.
yum install mysql-server
and it gives me this error
warning: rpmts_HdrFromFdno: V3 DSA signature: NOKEY, key ID 025e513b
Error: Could not find the GPG Key necessary to validate pkg /var/cache/yum/base/packages/mysql-server-3
Error: You may want to run yum clean or remove the file:
Error: You may also check that you have the correct GPG keys installed
Then I tried installing manually by doing this
Rebuild |rpmbuild --rebuild MySQL-4.0.21-0.src.rpm|
But rebuilt command is not recognised.

Could someone please help me.
Thank you in-advance,
Best regards,

Follow the advice from error message:

yum clean all
rpm --import
rm /var/cache/yum/base/packages/mysql-server-3.23.58-16.RHEL3.1.i386.rpm

You need to install rpm-build: yum install rpm-build

FYI: rebuilding the source package will not get you any binary rpm file(s);

rpmbuild --rebuild --recomplile MySQL-4.0.21-0.src.rpm
