I think my apache is not setup properly

U have spent 4 days trying to configure my router thinking that it is my router that is not working but when I go to my dynamic dns or my static ip address it takes me to my admin router on the local computers.

when I type httpd it says it cannot bind to port 0.0.0.0:80 i checked it is set up to listen to port 80 this is really confusing me i am beginning to think the people who built my server did not set it up properly if i go to localhost or 0.0.0.127 it goes to the apache default page fine.

I have not changed anything since it wad installed except the centos 5 updates any ideas?

When i login my password is root and the password is the default I have changed nothing else on the system as I still have no clue about it.

Just to clarify on my router I have port 80 and port 443 set to my static ip address is this correct?

Can anyone give me an idea of what i need to check? On my router I have set up port 80 and port 443

I just looked at the httpd.config and it had resaved itself so i reverted back to the .bak file now when i try to access I am getting error code 64 on a network access message also says server wtg_proxy6 source remote server?

No idea what you're talking about here. Are you trying to configure a router, web server, or DNS server??

Right, since Apache is ALREADY RUNNING, it will not be able to bind to it again. And the address is 127.0.0.1, and if you're seeing the default page, then Apache is running fine.

No idea if these things are correct or not, since we don't know what you're trying to do. Please clarify your question(s)...

I have just been trying to get it so when i go to my static ip address it should show the apache default page correct. not sure if i have an apache issue or a network problem i have set up my router according to portforward.com 's advice but not sure if have done so properly as i still can't view my apache default page from going to my static ip or dynamic dns address.

You probably won't be able to from within you private network. Try to access from a machine on the 'net instead.
