I can't sent mails to yahoo even if i have pass DKIM

Maybe the title is not quite subjective but here is my problem.
A while a go i started a website , on a dedicated box , now my site is getting bigger and bigger each day , i have 12208 registered users and time to time i must sent them mails. I understand that my dedibox can't do that , so i bought another VPS and made it mail server .
Installed iRedMail on Debian 5.0 . The big problem is that i can't send emails to yahoo users at all .
here is what i get :
Code:
host f.mx.mail.yahoo.com[98.137.54.237] refused to talk to me: 421 4.7.1 [TS03] All messages from 188.240.xx.xxx will be permanently deferred; Retrying will NOT succeed. See http://postmaster.yahoo.com/421-ts03.html
Why is that , i sent just ONE email , to my yahoo account to see if it works . but i got this message .
The headers are :
Code:
Received: from localhost (localhost.localdomain [127.0.0.1]) by smtp.mydomain.tld (iRedMail) with ESMTP id DC13CC08924 for <myaccount@yahoo.com>; Wed, 29 Jul 2009 06:51:45 +0400 (MSD)

What to do in this case ?
Is there a problem because this is a VPS ?
I tried all the options that i had , and i'm out .
Please help.

Make you sure you use FQDN is server headers, Check Yahoo spam filter also.
I dont know if you changed these lines or not: smtp.mydomain.tld ([127.0.0.1])

but if they are unchanged then they wont help.

Make sure forward and reverse dns is up and running, yahoo is very fussy about those things (amongst others)

Sorry for the double post but if you read the link, yahoo gave you: This error message indicates we are seeing a high volume of messages from your IP address that is a characteristic of unsolicited, bulk emails. While this is a temporary SMTP error code, we do not recommend attempting to resend your messages until you examine your subscription practices and lists, and implement changes to ensure that your messages are sent only to users who have requested it. Please visit this page to review our best practice recommendations.

I suggest you talk to your VPS provider

uhf , somebody saw this post in the end :P
That error is because the ip address is new and never been used before .
I didn't send spam at all , just sent one email to test if yahoo receives my mail , and from that moment the nightmare begun .

Anyway , i end up by mailing to yahoo postmaster help center , and filling some questionnaires .
Hope that will help me , though i am not sure ... but was my last option .
