How to make Customize boot able image of centos


Hi
I have customize interface and also did some changes in database of Elastix ( iso image of voip running on centose 5.6). I want to make its boot able cd so that next time i just enter cd and my customize version of Elastix would be install and it not be done manually.

You need to look at using cobbler/kickstart for automatic provisioning with specific configurations. You could also use something like puppet or chef. Creating a custom iso would basically require you to build your own linux distro install.

The apps mentioned would make it much easier on you and would allow you to do many more things on the fly. Say you need to update the root password on all of your servers, puppet does this for you when you make a change on your puppet master and your servers check in at the specified interval they see the change and do it for you.

If you want some resources on any of the mentioned solutions I have plenty of stuff I can link you to so you can get started.

Other options may include clonezilla, remastersys, mondorescue, but it depends exactly what your requirements are.
Check them out anyway.

Can you Please tell me in much detail. I also have searched cobbler it is used to take clone as Nortern Ghost. I want bootable cd of my server. Means i insert and install from that CD/DVD and i got same settings and files as on my previous server.

cobbler is not used for Norton Ghost, two seperate products. You may be able to do something with ghost images but thats not its primary design.
