how to block offensive websites in iptables

I have a server that uses VPN tunneling.
I need to block access to all offensive websites but I want to do this using iptables instead of squidguard.
Is there a way to do this?

What list of "offensive" websites are you going to use for your filtering?

Should be easy enough to create IPs from your lists and then block all traffic to those IPs in iptables.
