Hard drives crashed on CentOS-64 server - installed new drive, need to recover data

Thanks for making this forum available. New to Linux. Windows server admin looking to do real computing now. Its an honor to be here.

OK, CentOS-64 system with two hard drives crashed. Hosting provider said both drives died. I dont get it but that is what they are saying.

When I do ls /dev, I see the drives and the partitions. I cannot get to them however because I cant figure out how to mount them.

They installed a third drive into the system and also a fresh Cent OS to allow me to boot into this thing. I am in now. When I do fdisk -l I can see the other two drives I need access to. The issue, the current OS is on a drive with system LINUX. The other two drives have system Linux Raid Autodetect.

Any attempt to mount gives me either:
You must specify filesystem type

or: unknown filesystem type 'linux_raid_member'

I am trying to recover my data and if possible, rebuild this system to get the environment back up and operational.

Can someone help me with this or can I hire anyone on this forum to help me? Really need assistance at this point and I would be grateful to anyone willing to help.
