my old server
6 vCPU Processor
2 × 1TB HDD
18GB RAM
Centos 6 + WHM/Cpanel

my new server
CPU: 4 vCores
RAM: 8 GB
Disk 750 GB SATA
Centos 7 + Plesk

on my new server I installed plesk but cms (http://www.phpvibe.com/installing-phpvibe/) does not recognize,
I made the installation according to the ffmpeg forum: https://trac.ffmpeg.org/wiki/CompilationGuide/Centos

is your ffmpeg install OK?

also BE AWARE !!!

Centos 6 used System V
CentOS 7 uses SYSTEM D

7 is a VERY DIFFERENT os than 6

and do things very differently now

and as above
IS ffmpeg you built ( it is in the cent repos ) working ?
It is a rather complex build with a lot of prerequisites
