Deny specific address from at Postfix

I have create distro groups in zimbra and have add member sin there.
One of my problem now is that when i connect an account on mapi etc. user1@domain.com i have create a persona in order client to send from group@domain.com rather than user@domain.com
How can i restrict inside postfix to relay using user@doamin.com?

many thanks

It's a little unclear what you're trying to achieve there, maybe this helps?
