I'm having some problems allowing websites with the word essex in the domain name.

I've been running dansguardan for some time now and have managed to make rules to allow and disallow sites, but I've now hit a brick wall on the latest request from staff here.

Could anyone offer any helpful ideas on which config file i need to edit.

I've tried adding *essex*.* to the exceptionsitelist, but these sites are still blocked.

Example sites are .essex.sch.uk, essex.gov.uk, essexcc.gov.uk

Presumably you have rules regarding the last three letters of essex which are taking precedence over the exception list. Perhaps modifying those rules would help. Just a guess!
